Have you ever gotten into something you didn’t anticipate because of a wrong assumption? Well, that was exactly what happened to Jason Sudeikis and Kristen Wiig, who played the role of the hilarious two a-holes.

The duo signed up to be Mary and Joseph in a live nativity scene because they thought it was a raffle. From chewing gum to texting, their out-of-place behavior constantly made the organizer ask why they came. Their funny response was, “We want to go to Heaven.”

Do It On My Twin Bed (2013)

The song “Do It On My Twin Bed,” which got an Emmy nomination, depicts a reality that several people can relate to. Most people still use their childhood bed whenever they go home– even if they go with a partner.

In this 2013 skit, Aidy Bryant, Noël, Vanessa Bayer, Kate McKinnon, Cecily Strong, and Nasim Predad gave the song a girl-band spin. The skit easily became a favorite since it’s about an inconvenience that many have experienced.

Santa’s My Boyfriend (2006)

This skit is one of those unconventional ones that we just love so much. Originally starting as a tree decorating activity, the skit transformed into an exotic music video, and you might still remember the scene.

The classic segment of the SNL, “Weekend Update,” always featured one-of-a-kind skits. So we never expect anything less than superb in this segment; trust the writers of “Saturday Night Live” to never disappoint around the holidays.

This skit was more than relatable, with John Goodman and Bobby Moynihan acting as drunk uncles and having awkward and funny Christmas conversations with Seth Meyers. There is always a drunk uncle on Christmas Day!

Christmas Morning (2020)
