For most of us, college was a chance to experience what adult life is all about. Still, not everything was rose-colored. We all grew up watching depictions of college life, but when we finally got there, it was nothing like them! College is different for everyone, but one thing is certain: there are fewer parties and drama than in the movies! Still, these films have earned a place in our hearts, not for how real they are, but for their beloved characters and interesting plotlines!
Animal House
If you were part of a fraternity, you know that it can get pretty wild. However, no college experience is as wild as the plot of Animal House. Although it definitely does not pass the test of time, this movie is still a classic.
Did you know that the script of this film was the product of a three-month brainstorming session? The writers also were inspired by their own time in college but took those experiences to the extreme. Animal House was also Kevin Bacon’s first movie ever!
